Cancellation Policy

* 24-hour notice is required if you must reschedule your appointment. * New clients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out initial Intake Forms. * Returning clients do not need to fill out more intake forms for future visits (unless) there have been changes to your history since your initial intake forms, and if you are receiving a Facial Treatment/service requiring its own forms. * Showing up late may result in rescheduling or forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive with consideration to traffic, parking, your first time visiting the location, using the restroom, etc.​ * A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. The balance is due the day of your appointment.  * If your appointment requires a deposit, your card will be charged the deposit fee if you are a No-Show. * Frequent cancelling or re-scheduling may require you to be on future Walk-In status only, based on availability. * Due to the sterile environment of the Spa room and clients who may have allergies, please do not bring children, guests or personal pets into the Spa room.
